When London Filmed approached us with their vision for the Business Book of the Year Awards, we were ready to deliver. Their render showcased a sleek and modern stage design, complete with plinths and Perspex cases for the awards. Our task? To transform their concept into a polished, professional setup that fit the venue perfectly.
The Brief
The client provided a detailed render, and we collaborated to refine the design and dimensions, ensuring the final build not only met their expectations but maximized the impact within the event space.
What We Delivered
- Custom Elements: We fabricated brand-new angled panels for the backdrop and pristine white plinths, each topped with crystal-clear Perspex cases to showcase the winning books.
- Stock Enhancements: Utilizing panels from our existing inventory, we incorporated LED halo lighting to create a dynamic and engaging visual effect.
The Team
To execute this project, we deployed a team of four experienced scenic carpenters. Their expertise ensured a seamless installation process, with precision and attention to detail at every stage. Operations Director Dan, was also on site over seeing the finer details.
