The Brief: A Premium Branded Experience
William Hill, a prestigious name in the betting industry, required an exclusive and stylish hospitality box for their esteemed guests at Cheltenham. The objective was clear: craft a space that seamlessly blended comfort, functionality, and brand identity, ensuring a premium race day experience.
Our challenge was to turn a standard event box into a fully branded bar and DJ booth, setting the perfect atmosphere for guests to enjoy the festival. Given the high-profile nature of the event, attention to detail and flawless execution were paramount.

- Brand Integration: Ensuring William Hill’s identity was embedded throughout the space, from colour schemes and materials to bespoke signage and graphics.
- Functionality & Flow: Making sure the design provided had a layout that was both visually appealing and practical for guest movement, engagement, and entertainment.
- Rapid Build & Precision: With just one day to complete the setup, our team leveraged our extensive stock of modular panels to construct key features efficiently, while incorporating a custom-built central standing table to enhance the guest experience.
